It's $30 for Visa plus you give them a photo, or else they charge an extra $2. How do I know? Left my photo at home
And not which terminal, which AIRPORT: LCCs fly from the old Don Muang airport, on the opposite side of Bangkok from BKK @:-)

Um, Laos is landlocked ... there may be something I'm missing, but only nonstop to a beach that I see is Sihanoukville. There may be a flight to Phuket that bypasses BKK, but you'll have to check on that.
