Amex US: transfer initiated on Friday 2/6, at around 10pm. I saw the point on SQ in the morning on Monday 2/9
Update: for Amex US, after the first transfer, it seems like the transfer is processed at midnight Eastern/Central Time every time
2/11: request for transfer at 1pm, miles posted on SQ website at 10pm (Pacific time)
2/19: request for transfer at 5pm, miles posted on SQ around 10pm (Pacific Time)
