The LCY flights from EDI more often than not board from gate 5 or gate 13. It is physically not possible to set up a separate lane at either gate due to the design of the terminal,and as stated before , over 70% of the flight can be eligible for fastrack, so it often seems easier to board asap to get an ontime departure.
