There is a rumor that the SFO - JFK route will have a change of equipment to a 2 class service, that the A321T will only be LAX - JFK. I was told this today on my LAX - JFK flight that it has been thrown around to end the trans-con service out of SFO. I hope this is nothing but a rumor. Additionally there is going to be a new caterer, a less expensive (CHEAPER) caterer.

The warm baked cookies tonight were burnt, and hard as a rock.
Rumor aside, it would be great if AA would either add more SFO-JFK frequencies, or have planes available for SFO when there are cancellations.

Last weekend there were six cancellations across Saturday and Sunday - 2 due to mechanical at JFK on Saturday night causing the Sunday morning SFO returns to suffer. There was only one SFO-JFK in the afternoon and the red eye yesterday!

I was on one of the planes that went mechanical and had to spend the night at JFK - not real fun - but lucky enough to catch a stand-by on Sunday morning to get home.

Cheers.
