I wasn't myself aware that the restriction had been lifted, so I think that this is probably coming as (good) news to those whom it affects.
It is good news. I was hoping to find some announcement or report of teh change but my google powers are not up to it. I will post a reference to this in the sticky so the earniong table on here can be changed.
