It is just I class on MH flights and a few others that don't earn. Generally I class does earn, so you are fine on BA, AY, AB, CX, AA, IB, JL, LA, QF, QR, US, and UL.

You would earn more avios for the same flight under a BA code rather than an AY code since under AY the amount of avios is less and there is no tier bonus, but the TPs would be the same. For example, I on AY earns 125% miles and no tier bonus, I for teh same flight under the BA code eans 150% miles and the tier bonus for you (currently 100% for silver).

I think the only others on which I class earns nothing are RJ, S7, and JJ.
