in addition to wonky functionality and the above mentioned error, you can't redeem a voucher on a mac using safari or firefox. of course, it doesn't tell you that anywhere on the website, so many folks waste hours trying to do just that... only to later call an agent and be told "oh, yes, that's a known problem."
