Just out of interest what was your booking class on MH?

For avios and TP earning in economy on MH:
- L, V, S, K, M, Y, B, and H earn avios and TPs
- N, Q, O, and G earn nothing

In business class
- J, C, D, and Z earn avios and TPs
- I earns nothing

Sorry if you knew this already, but I thought I would mention it as if it is ineligible then you would at least save yourself from the effort of claiming.
