Sorry a bit of a n00b here and trying to understand these changes but I really am not good with this sort of thing.

I have 28k airmiles - I like in Dublin, and need to go to Orlando with my wife one way in late june/july as we are moving there.

Now I know there is a loop hole thing that you can get DUB - BOS very cheap for little amounts of avios!

So will these changes effect this? Should I be looking to book flights now.

I know 28k wont be enough for both of us - could I buy more and then that would work out cheapest way? What is the best way of working this for us?

Any help gratefully appreciated.

PS Have family in Boston so dont mind staying with them a couple of day til we get a cheapo flight down to Fla.
