I agree that bussing an international flight should be fine from A4, but in practice does this ever happen? Why would A4 be used instead of A10 or bussing from T5B?
I've been bussed from A4 for international flights twice, although both shorthaul (a DUS and a BRU).
I would like to think that this is because they already had a few flights from A10 at the same time and none from A4 so thought they would spread the pax around to save crowding at A10, but I doubt it's that logical!
