Just to be clear, you can bus both domestic and international destinations from A4.

The 767s do seem to be particularly good candidates for bussing, presumably because they take up a larger stand but carry less people than the other widebodies, so if you have one stand available then you're going to put the 747/777 on it and remote park the 767 so you have to bus fewer people.
