BOSE SoundTouch App will serve up a whole bunch of streamed radio stations from all over the world. You can also connect the App to your Pandora, Deezer, Spotify and/or iHeart accounts. If that is not enough, you can naturally connect your iTunes library and play content from there. If that is still not enough... you can stream to the unit from anything that supports Apple's AirPlay.

You are not telling us exactly what the symptoms are. Did you at least get the App to connect to the unit?
