A380 suite issue in progress
11.5 months ago we booked middle seats SIN-LAX. Notified one seat is broken when boarding. An extra seat elsewhere so defeats the purpose of the middle suites as we are not together. Upon landing on layover NRT on the way other middle seat breaks.

Don't know we will even be able to get back on at this point so advice on recourse if we can't.

Used a ton of AMEX points for booking as there wasn't 2 seats available at lowest level.
