KE operated lounges are almost always better than DL operated lounges, in my opinion. Perhaps NRT is an exception.
I actually haven't been to their NRT lounge myself but their JFK lounge is terrible, given the choice I'd prefer most SkyClubs over it (EWR SkyClub vs. JFK KE Lounge is a tough call). The KE ICN lounges are nice enough from a space-to-work-and-sit perspective but I didn't find the food or drink to be all that much better than a SkyClub, really.
