Stating "what happens in reality" is "what happens in reality" is trivially true, at best, and a tautology at worst.
All Tchiowa has said is (to paraphrase) that CEO's deserve it because they perform. But no evidence of that was offered. On the contrary, I pointed out that the evidence shows no such thing. I even did the google search for the person that asked.
