The winning refers to the various explanations that have been given regarding how much anyone, CEO to janitor, gets paid. What they deserve is your opinion, the reality is what happens in the real world. Things that explain what happens - supply/demand is always good place to start - are interesting to me. Opinions, such as CEOs get paid too much and janitors too little, are not.
