I remember at the time QR's move to T5 in October there were some posts and information on QR's website that there was a transfer bus between the terminals. Has anybody used this recently? On Feb. 19th between about 4 and 4:30 pm I went to G17, where it was supposed to be leaving from. But there was no signage, no uniformed QR personnel or any other indication that such a bus existed. I asked AA staff there and got lots of shrugs. I did see a sign that the BA shuttle for that day was cancelled because of the extreme cold. So maybe the same thing happened to the QR shuttle?

I didn't want to wait around the G gates for something that might not come. So I went for the landside train over to T5. But the security line over there was pretty long even for premium passengers. It would have been nice to have the bus and skip all that.

Does anybody know if this bus still runs? If it does it seems like the K gates would be a better place to run it from, since it's closer to the Flagship lounge and the better Admiral's Club. Or maybe run it from both K and G like BA does.
