How far out did you book your sept reservation? Hyatt Concierge advised that Andaz Papagayo's Points and Cash inventory might not be processed yet for 2016 (hence not seeing any availability in 2016 so far rather than it being all booked up).

Hopefully someone can shine some light on when P+C availability becomes available (generally speaking)
