Westin for sure. 2K points is a small premium for the Westin.

There is no such thing as Gold Lounge. There is an Executive Club Lounge for guests staying in Executive rooms and SPG Platinum members. Access to Lounge is not a Gold benefit.

Upgrade for Gold depends on occupancy of the day and luck.
