We arrived earlier today...were not planning to come, but the weather in LA didn't look so great, so I booked a room using points, and we drove over.

They have definitely figured out their service issues! From check in, to pool service, to dinner tonight, everything has been flawless.

As described before, the rooms and property are all new, and very well appointed...I'll post a more detailed review later, but initial impressions of our 2 night stay have been extremely positive...save for the real housewives of OC woman and her family by the pool...obnoxious to say the least!
