Congrats! I also just got mine in December.

I believe I got my Diamond status as soon as the last stay credited, and as soon as I logged into the website, it showed my new status, with DSUs.

Log into your account, go into "Account Detail", then click "My Awards" on the left. Shows up as "Suite Upgrade Award". Also good to note the 800 number shown here...this is the Diamond phone number.

If the expiration date is only a few days away, don't worry, they issue you 4 more on Mar 1. BTW, you can also use them for stays that occur beyond the expiration date, you just need to apply them before they expire.
