So... just completed 7 total nights in 2 rooms at an SPG property. A total of only 2 nights post. So, I get on with SPG Chat and this is how it goes...
Me: Hi. I just completed a stay. Total of 2 rooms for 7 nights. The stay just posted and they are only showing the final night for both rooms and thus only 2 nights of credit. Can you help me get this fixed?
