Likely your best bet is to transfer points (assuming you have enough and there is reward space available) to one of AMEX or Chase airline partners like BA and then book a reward flight from there. Just be careful as you should make sure space is available for the dates you want to travel before transferring and some partner transfer can take a while. I think the frugal travel guy just had an article on transfer times which could be a good resource.
