Maybe this is what I need to do... I just posted a new thread (which maybe should be here, actually... can I move a post?) about this exact problem but with KQ... agent couldn't even SEE the flights on Kenya Airways I referenced, only AF and MEA routes where available. Perhaps she just didn't know what to do with an intra-africa flight request and I can get someone more experienced on my next call.
