Personally I think getting on their radar at this point even in what is seemingly a defensive action is crazy. I'd do minimal "normal" spend on the card and hope you fall to the bottom of the review pile by which time their approach may have changed.
True. It's also possible they're just reviewing the Elite cards too, since I still haven't heard of any Premier cardholders getting locked.
