Why not just book through an online travel site versus use AA.com? There are way too many bugs on AA.com for things to work in your favor.

Example - I booked a LGA-SEA rt MR yesterday. If I searched via multi-city LGA-DFW-SEA-DFW-LGA, I brought the price from $468 to $350. AA wouldn't let me book the itinerary and kept giving me an error and repricing it. Finally took to Expedia who ticketed it for me.
