I stayed there last year for one night with my family and was treated very well. Booked two rooms: 1 paid, 1 reward. The paid room was upgraded to a humongous corner suite. Both rooms had fruit, water, and cookies. We were only there for an overnight layover that time, but I'd go back based on my brief experience.
