I cannot set up with Serve 6 months ago and was told buxx is a prepaid card. I used paypal and it worked. I used paypal to RB also, I didn't bother to try any Buxx at all.

I called NW and spent 1/2 hour back and forth with an Indian rep, who had the IT person on another line.
I was eventually told I couldn't load a debit card with a debit card
I did have it set up with Serve, I'm not sure why it doesn't work with Redcard
