Nope. I have to say the process was very simple. We arrived at the new terminal at Noi Bai Airport around 6pm and there was no line for passport check so that took about 2 minutes. After collecting our bags we had the option to go through a 'Customs Declaration' lane or 'Nothing to Declare' lane. Went ou the 'Nothing to Declare' lane and didn't deal with anyone. We sort of looked around before leaving just in case we missed something/someone but no one flagged us down.
