Here's another wrinkle to this saga: remember I said that I thought my toll bill was low. Well, now a month later, I've been billed another 50 cents. I'm wondering if more tolls will now slowly be posted to my account. What the heck. I don't know if there's a way to itemize these bills. It would seem like they should send you a receipt every time they charge you more money.
