I just call in and request this? I'm sorry I'm such a virgin Bus. Exec traveler- we honeslty only ever travel on AP miles- so not chance of altitude status- and all of our trips are in NA - so spending the extra miles for Exec isn't even worth it in most cases as many of the 'commuter' connections we usually get don't even have it! But I appreciate the feedback and advice! I am very excited to get the upgrade and use it's options!
