I've been to 2 of these. My own (about 2 years ago) went 15 minutes prior to my scheduled time. There was only one other customer there. Last year I took my son and the place was filled with people and it happened 15 minutes after his scheduled time. I know this doesn't help much, but those were my 2 experiences.
