Of course you would. It should be noted that the "standard" price for the kit (which is really just the SIM plus activation code) increased to $15 so perhaps the "free", 1¢ or 99¢ sales are likely to be far and few between even though the actual "cost" of SIMs are likely pennies at the most. I've had to argue with T-Mobile stores (company stores not auth. dealters) when I lost a phone and needed a replacement to give me one rather than charge me $25. I played the "I've been a customer for 15 years" and it worked but I'm really chapped that they'd turn away a customer just so they could make a big profit off a SIM.
