Over an hour later and two more reservations agents, they tell me they cannot locate her reservation and unless I have their locator code they can't find her name on a flight manifest until AFTER a plane has departed.

What sort of third rate operation are they running. Now they've transferred me to Istanbul to speak with international, so I'm at the back of the line again.

NEVER again in the my lifetime will I or anyone I love be allowed to set foot on one of their aircraft.
