You should be able to do this with a free expert flyer account. I've just had a look and only the bulkhead / exit rows are currently blocked - it looks like someone is currently sat next to you in 11J so you might wish to move elsewhere

Get the free expert flyer account - brilliant for seat map searching and seeing whether seats are occupied or blocked.
