Costco is one of our retail customers and we do quite a bit of business with them. The direction of the new CEO is to expand the customer base of Costco. Not reduce it.
Discover might be doing well but no way Costco will trade AMEX for another brand with fewer people carrying their cards. This move will be toward Visa or MC. Period. Done.
