I just received my Air Canada Altitude Package today and nowhere does it make reference to how I obtain my 50% discount on a Maple Leaf Club Membership that I chose as one of my privileges. When I chose my privileges it was indicated that I would receive instructions with my package but that did not happen. I'd appreciate it if anyone can enlighten me as to how I go about obtaining it. I would contact them directly. If they can't get you signed up with the appropriate discount applied, then ask them how. I did it once.
