Any Bonus or promo is calculated as a percentage of Base Miles

Base Miles: X
+ Promo Miles: 100% of X
+ Elite Bonus: 50 to 125% of X depending on Status
+ CoS Bonus: 25 to 75% of X depending on Class of Service booked (AS percentages ... some partners have higher CoS bonuses)
