Rimowa as you know is a German-owned and originated product.

Unless you know the various product luggage models, and can find what you want in a great sale somewhere, Germany will always be a better price location for Rimowa, than France, and especially Switzerland.

You have good advice points posted above. I would suggest you call ahead to order and hold your selected Rimowa case upon your arrival in FRA, unless you only want to look around.

LH Worldshop can also meet you with your new case upon your arrival, to save you extra time in transit. I believe that service fee remains at an extra 30 Euros on top of the case price. But again, you do this well ahead of your arrival by phone, email, or fax, with confirmation documentation.

Last summer a relative from Brasil came to visit us with her friend, who wanted a Rimowa set of luggage in red. I called and ordered the set for her, and it arrived 1 day before we did in Frankfurt. To me that is quite close, but it is better to be safe (considering late flights, airport crowds, and the huge city-size of FRA) than to be sorry.
