I spend $1,000 a month at Costco on my DL Amex. I'm a little curious to see what will happen next.

And an off-topic question here on the chance that someone might know: What is the MQD Waiver for Silver Medallion Status for 2016? I haven't been able to find a definitive answer on either Amex website or DL's. If I spend $25K on my Delta Platinum Amex, but do not meet the requirements for either segments or MQMs, will I still earn Silver for 2016? Or do I HAVE to have miles or segments accrued? THANKS!!
