Appointment in Champlain available immediately, YUL most slots are in May, but earlier slots can be available, could have had one for tomorrow but took March 4.
Instructions in French say that I had to make an appointment by phone since I applied by mail, in English (for my wife) appointment through GOES only. I used GOES for both of us, worked out perfectly.
