This happened to me 1 time. It seemed like transaction went through but when I checked my RB account, it was a $1k credit and a $1k reversal. But then I went to my credit card and there was no charge on the card. So I wasn't out any money.
Did you check to make sure the charge hit your CC? If it didn't, nothing to worry about. Just try again tomorrow.
I looked online at my CC statement and it showed the 1k load plus purchases amount pending. So either I didn't wait long enough for it all to work itself out, or after calling Redbird they fixed it after giving me a scolding. After I got off the phone, I checked Redbird and email because I didn't even really believe the guy because I had just checked my account 3 minutes prior to calling. But money was there and I received a second load was successful email.
