I flew this route back in November in F and it was on a 757. I thought the flight was nice and comfortable and the food was okay. The one thing with Delta is the PDB is an open bar, not just a choice of OJ or water. Also, Delta is now running 3 daily non-stop flights on this route. For what it is worth, take AA.
AA's PDB policy is also any drink you want, but most FAs simply don't care.
Perhaps not surprisingly LAXLAS is the route where I consistently am offered a PDB of my choice without fail.
