The West Wing is the new one, and Club rooms there (Club Deluxe King/Twin) appears to be a distinct room category that is above the equivalent East Wing (Club King/Twin), so it would technically be a 1-category upgrade. But try emailing the hotel in advance of the stay.
Then in practice, are free elite upgrades given the older (non deluxe) rooms in the East Wing?
