Logged onto Redbird online and it shows fee reversal of 1k and a load of 1k. So it looks like I am out 1k. Little receipt says to call Redbird number for concerns. I do, guy from India comes on and verifies my info. I tell him I tried to load 1k on my Redbird and that my receipt shows it went through, along with the transaction can not be processed receipt. He looks at my account and says that the 1k is in there, but then proceeds to tell me not to load my Redbird with a CC. I never told him I used a CC during our chat, but told him thanks for the tip. He said that it is cash only or debit, no CC. Has anyone else had an encounter with a Redbird rep like this? And I went back and verified that the load did actually go through. Did I just panic and call too soon, or is this becoming an issue for others?
This happened to me 1 time. It seemed like transaction went through but when I checked my RB account, it was a $1k credit and a $1k reversal. But then I went to my credit card and there was no charge on the card. So I wasn't out any money.
Did you check to make sure the charge hit your CC? If it didn't, nothing to worry about. Just try again tomorrow.
