Nearly all cheese is made with rennet. When I was growing up we lived a block from a store that sold rennet-less cheese. It was terrible stuff and couldn't be sliced without crumbling all over the place.
Some cheese is made with vegetable rennet (whatever that is) suitable for vegetarians. I'm on my mobile and can't post a link, but Google it. I THINK Taco Bell and Subway cheeses are okay. I'm non-dairy, so no direct experience.
