There are so many great places to eat at those two airports:

SEA - Beecher's; Anthony's; Ivar's; Vino Volo; Dish D'Lish; Waji's

PDX - Flying Elephant; Laurelwood; Burgerville; Mo's; Sandoval's; Petit Provence; the Food Carts PDX pod with Pok Pok & Koi Fusion; and the upcoming location of Country Cat.

PS: And if you really, REALLY have to eat at Chili's, there is one in SEA at the end of the D Concourse.
Yeah, since we don't have any Chilis in the Portland area, it's a "treat" and I know I'm gonna like it! I've always loved the clam chowder at Ivar's in Seattle and my wife and I love the bagel breakfast sandwiches at Rose's in PDX. The deal with PDX is that we typically start and trips there and we're more likely to eat meals during a connection somewhere else. As for Burgerville, I find them rather over-rated and expensive despite the fact that they are a local favorite....I'd still pick McD's in the C concourse over Burgerville in the "ghost town" D concourse (at least in the evening).
