The "official" CAA report on the previous crash was a joke. Simply dismissed everything and blamed it on the pilots. They did not address why the ATC still let the plane land even thought the ATC know full well the wind shear was "critical/not recommended for landing", and the head of CAA actually made the ridiculous comment that "it's up to the pilots to decided whether he wants to land or not, not the ATC". And CAA didn't even bother to recommend Penghu airport, a busy domestic airport, to better their airport equipments with modern technology such as Automated Assisted Landing. Unfortunately this is Taiwan. The Government is known to deflect any faults until things got "leaked out" and more and more people digging for proofs keep leaking them out, with evidences, that they can't lie anymore, then they will post some truth. Being someone that is close to Taiwan with many relatives working in Taiwanese Government, that's unfortunately who they are.
There is no official ASC report. You have some sort of axe to grind with Taiwanese Govt?
The investigation for the GE222 crash is still in the early stages. Official report won't be due until later this year.
