Nice thread. For me there are quite a few things that BA do very well. In no particular order:

- I generally find the cabin crews teams to be very friendly and as someone else mentioned its easy to miss the UK sense of humour when you live in another region.
- Comfort in knowing that if anything goes wrong with my plans and I have to change then BA team will always do their best to accommodate when possible. Been many examples of this over the last couple of years.
- Flexibility in changing reward bookings.
- Living in Brasil I do miss good cheese instead of the processed stuff we get on this side of the Atlantic. I always go for the cheese and port option when I fly with BA. Its the small things in life.
- Safety. Although I travel a lot I am never comfortable flying short haul. BA is one of those airlines where I always know that you are in good hands.
- Upgrades when we do get them. Tend to get upgraded a bit when travelling in the US but with BA it does feel like a nice perk as they can be few and far between.
