Crews, which are 99% good ^: they know the right place to be professional and formal, and the right place to have a little laugh; always (in my experience) very polite. The crew on other airlines I fly don't quite have that in the natural way BA crew seem to do. I appreciate there are exceptions on both sides.
of course there are exceptions
but in my humble opinion BA crew have the knack of knowing when they can or can't have a laugh with pax. That to me is professionalism
